On 2012, an anonymous 4chan user posted a thread on /mu/ telling the story of how the song Casimir Pulaski's Day, by Illinoise, helped him find his love. Unfortunately, the girl passed on due to a malign brain tumor.

The story moved the board so much that they decided to make an album about it. This is the result.
