Promo 3.5" floppy disk. Note that this is the Apple Macintosh release, indicated by a stamp on the back of the cardboard wallet and text on the sticker on the floppy. The sleeve has a glossy sticker on the front with an 8-bit version of the “Monster” bear.

According to online sources, this promotional floppy was “given exclusively to industry and media to promote the album”. No identifiers of any kind besides the Warner Bros. Records logo on the disk. Year is based on year of release of the regular “Monster” album.
