This record entitles Hitler in Pop is giving songs from the era of the Third Reich and some folkloristic songs (which were even sung by Heino in the early 1970's), stripped of the pomp and trimmings of those times and set in the sound of the 1970's easy listening. The original songs were highly spirit-stirring, the 1970's sound - that was the idea of the editors - will certainly not yak anybody from his seat in today's Germany.
