This release came in a glued pocket-sleeve cover with a double-sided insert containing lyrics, info and artwork. The vinyl came inside a black paper dust sleeve. The release also came with a coupon containing a free download code for this recording.

This is the white vinyl version that was limited to 100 copies and was available for mail order only.

Mastering and lacquer cutting information was derived from the runout etchings.
