The six commercials -
The six commercials on Side 1 are a representative combination of television and radio spots. Though "Laramie" on NBC-TV is AC's prime broadcast advertising medium, the radio material was prepared for use in certain areas. Using both media, AC plans to tell your customers of AC product advantages.
"Take A Tip" (TV) - a spark plug dealer expert spot.
"Women Talk" (TV) - and the subject is oil filters.
"Falling Leaves" (TV) - a spark plug fall-change reminder.
"The Sportsmen" (Radio) - arrangement on "The Action Song".
"The Modernaires" (Radio) - their lush version of the tune.
"The Kirby Stone Four" (Radio) - another sound for the same song.
The Les Baxter Orchestra and Chorus are represented on Side 2 of this record for sheer entertainment, We believe you'll enjoy the rich arrangements of six familiar favorites: WAKE THE TOWN AND TELL THE PEOPLE - PENNIES FROM HEAVEN - IT'S ONLY A PAPER MOON - THESE FOOLISH THINGS - I MAY BE WRONG - WALKIN' MY BABY BACK HOME. These selections are from Les Baxter's latest album on Reprise Records - "Voices In Rhythm".
