German release which has sticker on front sleeve "Including: Die komplette Residents-Story aus Sounds 6302 081", and has - like the first Ralph Records release - the incorrect track order printed on the rear sleeve for tracks 8-14.

Includes a 15-page booklet "Die komplette Residents-Story aus Sounds". Sounds was a German music magazine (1966-1983). The booklet contains three features on the Residents by Alfred Hilsberg, part one being an interview with Chris Cutler.

Tracks name are not listed on labels, only 1-20 (side A) and 21-40 (side B).
Sequentially listed tracks on rear sleeve regardless of sides: 1 to 40.
