These recordings of the song of the Nightingale were made during the nights of May 14th, 21st and 29th 1983 in thickets along the Reichenaudamm in the Untersee-Bodensee region in Southern Germany. To preserve natural sound impression no alterations to the recordings were done in the studio.
Booklet includes a brief list of composers and their Nightingale compositions.
