This cassette also know as"In the Good Old Days" is a cassette demo by Reel Big Fish, released in 1992. It is their earliest release, and all the members either were in or fresh out of high school. It was recorded with a boombox. In addition, the vocals are provided by Ben Guzman instead of Aaron Barrett. Guzman and other members, Lisa Smith and Zach Gilltrap, were featured only on this demo. The song "Spin The Globe" was later re-recorded on Everything Sucks. No other songs from this demo appear elsewhere.
The band did not have a brass section at the time.
