From booklet, page 11: "These recordings are compiled from lectures given in Holland in February, 1986. The first was at De Doos, Apeldoorsestr. 4, Arnhem, at approximately 11.25 p.m. on 21st February... The second was at Cinema Desmet, Plantlage Middenlaan 4a, at 4.15 pm... The third was also at Cinema Desmet, and commenced at 12.25 a.m. the lectures taking up approximately 75 minutes... Arranged and promoted by NL Centrum, Amsterdam... We wish to thank especially Franz Feigl from NL Centrum, for tireless and invaluable help... The recordings were made using specially modified microphones, binaurally."
