Includes all previously released BNH tracks (or versions of them) related to the first BNH album, those on the 1990/1 and 1992 versions, its singles, and the unreleased tracks from the era released on the 1994 "Original Flava" compilation.
Probably recorded during the same period but not included here: "Rock Steady (Instrumental)" on "Acid Jazz: The 25th Anniversary Box Set" and the live "Doin' It To Death" on "Shibuya 357".
1-1 "Never Stop (7" Single Mix)" (3:37) is an edit of 2-14 "Never Stop (Morales Mix)" (4:02).
1-3 "Stay This Way" (3:50) is the first BNH compilation (album) to feature the 1992 UK/Europe only single version.
1-14 "Keep It Coming" (4:12) is the first BNH release of the short remix since 1992's "Don't Let It Go To Your Head" single.
