Yogiraj Alan Finger -- Guided Meditations -- hard to find, original 1979 private press U.S. album.

Groovy spoken word meditation album by South African-born guru and teacher Alan Finger who helped kick-start the Westcoast meditation/yoga movement in the late 1970's, then decamped for New York City where he runs the wildly popular Yoga Zone studio. Has a nice post-hippie vibe to it.

The inner sleeve with liner notes about "The Magic of PsychoAcoustic Sound" is almost worth the price of admission alone!!!
