We are happy to welcome J McLennan to Phat New Beats Records with the first single of his new series, 'Catacombs' & 'Odins Lair.'
If you know house music then you have more than likely heard his 1995 release under the alias of 'Honk.' Check out his track 'Hullabaloo.'
He is one half of Wilson & McLennan (IVR/massive harmony/old sql/stripped), and has also released as Audio Dropouts (frisky), a favourite of Paul Kalkbrenner.

Both tracks are peak time monsters that introduce two very different elements. 'Catacombs' utilises a groovy, melodic bass that is reinforced using tight thumping drums to shatter any dance floor in the known universe.
'Odins Lair' will follow suit on Phat New Beats so stay tuned and follow us onto the dance floor.....
