ON FOR YOU EP moves Michelle Xen’s sound into slightly darker and more eclectic musical territory. This collection was inspired by the image of a prism of light inside a darkened, breathing forest, like a crystalline moment in a grey haze. From this image a world has been built, with textured layers of heavy bass, strong vocals, and glitchy electronic effects. Each track heaves and pulses between bristling restraint and raw emotion pulling the listener along to arrive at a place unlike any other.
