The reference number is TW 1186, the matrix numbers read TOW2A and TOW2B.

The material heard on both sides is the same - both are side two! This has been confirmed from various sources.
Somebody took this LP, omitting the cover, obviously just glued an extra label onto it, and called it a "promo copy": Tom Waits - Tom Waits

Though the spine reads europe 11/86, this was very likely recorded during November of 1985, possibly in Hamburg (3 November) or Amsterdam (4 November).
