Includes a printed inner sleeve with lyrics on one side and an image of the horse's head from the cover on the other.
Track A4 is mistitled "Free Falling Divivsions" on the label.
In the side B runout matrix no., the "D" is backwards relative to the other characters.
In the side B matrix / runout, variant 3, the "D" is spilled on the vertical axis.
