This limited edition of 100 copies pressed on transparent green and orange split vinyl, complete with an A2 poster and an exclusive lithograph of the cover art by Jay Shaw. Was only made available to members of the Death Waltz subscription service.

There is also a regular edition of 500 copies pressed on black vinyl and a limited edition of 300 copies pressed on orange and black vinyl.

The original title of this release is not printed on the label or sleeve.

The spine reads: Nobody gets to meet the Duke. You meet him once and then you're dead.
