Cover has glued over front panel and back-flap (similar to original) with 1841 Broadway address, Manufactured by Columbia House under license.

Labels have Grey background with Purple Logo. "CRC" and "Mfg. by Atlantic Recording Corp. 75 Rockefeller Plaza, N.Y, N.Y."

There is a similar release where the only difference is a slight difference in text & logo alignment on labels:
