Most copies came in a White Hand sleeve, a few in a Black Zeppelin sleeve.

Nb: There were three different A-side editions of ZTAS 2, in either sleeve design, all with identical labels… One featured an exclusive instrumental version, another an edit.

This edition, the most common, featured the standard 4:16 version.
