"Figures of Light surprises with another mix of tracks that are outside of the realm of description. It’s a record that mixes ambient bass tones, techno, guitars, layered soundtracks, and so much more. I don’t know how to really put this into a box as much as it is an example of their creative genius. That’s right, it’s a creative work that is so much more than just a punk or a techno record, it’s creative. It’s like the first time you play Myst or something from the 1990s PC gaming era. I don’t know how to categorize this as much as it’s a solid recording that is going to shock older fans, and give new fans a new appreciation for electronic music. I love it.
