Track 3 represented France in the 1991 "Eurovision Song Contest in Rome. The song was declared runner-up (2nd place) after tying with Sweden on the same total points, 146. Sweden was declared the winner after the EBU first counted the amount of 12 point votes given to the songs (4 each) and then the number of 10 point votes (Sweden 5, France 2). According to the rules in 1991 Sweden won and France came second.
Differences to the other cd release: copyrights, rights societies, Antenne 2 logo in insert back and flap, distribution Phonogram logo on the flap, no label code.
