[General notes:]
Limited Edition version of "Forward", containing the main album (CD1) and the additional "Live At The Indigo2 London" (CD2 & CD3), a recording of a live performance from 2008.

CD1 is the same as the original release on Heavytones, except:
– on 1-3, three vocal faults have been removed, at 0.53, 1.42 and 2.11 (but not at 2.04, 2.08)

"Live At The Indigo2 London" is the same as "Live In London", except:
– the mix is new and the overall sound is very different
– some between-song chatter parts are longer (restored), extending total duration by 1:02 minutes
– two tracks (1-6 & 1-11), have been added to the first live disc (CD2)
– three tracks (2-1 to 2-3) have been moved to the second live disc (CD3)
